Another shot of self-talk *belum move on :p

A: I’m not sure about how to revise it..

B: Why would you revise it? I like it..

A: Yeah sure. You like everything about me, any revisions would be just fine for you

B: So true.

A: Or maybe you’re just fine with everything as long as nobody dies

B: Well I’m not that fine with certain grammatical errors..

A: When someome makes that ‘certain grammatical error’ you’re talking about, one polar bear dies, so maybe that’s the reason you’re not fine with that.

B: Oh yeah? Don’t you think that there might be something that we could do about that? Give them an anti-dying vaccine or something. I mean, how if they went extinct?

A: We could probably try to avoid making ‘certain grammatical errors’..

B: Oh. Right. That’s easier than inventing vaccines.. so. Why polar bear?

A: I don’t know. Maybe because they live a bit faraway? Like you..

B: We’re in the same planet, it can’t be that far

A: Yeah, same planet with 8000 miles distance.

B: We should move to another smaller planet so the distance can be resized and shortened

A: Or one of us can move to the other’s place, that’s easier.

B: Yeah, that’s kind of true..

A: But that’d be unfair for the one who moves away, and overwhelming for the one who stays. It’s a huge and most likely a life-changing sacrifice. It should be made with full awareness and consciousness

B: Well.. I’m actually afraid that the definition of ‘full’ can be a bit arbitrary in this case

A: Yes, and when it comes to something significant, it’ll be unwise to act upon something arbitrary

B: That ‘faraway’ word is also arbitrary, don’t you think?
A: Yes, which again is the reason why we shouldn’t act upon it without full awareness and consciousness

B: Why does it have to be so hard?

A: Because if we get all things easily, we will never improve and thrive. Cliche, I know, but that’s the truth.

B: So what do we do now?

A: We try to live our best and see where it may take us.

B: Will it take me to you or... you to me?

A: I don’t know. Let’s just... see.

B: What if we try to intentionally meet somewhere in the middle?

A: I’m not sure... that’s a good idea.

B: Why not?

A: If I knew why not, I wouldn’t say ‘I’m not sure’

B: Okay that’s true

A: But maybe that’s not a bad idea either

B: We could do that when the time -and money- permit

A: Yes. And if they never seem to permit that occasion from happening..

B: We stop trying and carry on to head to somewhere different

A: Fair enough.

B: Good.
